Classic homes by Brian Smith remodeled our 2.5 baths and kitchen. They also made an addition to our family room. The workmanship and customer interaction was excellent during the project. They also went the extra mile to insure we had working facilities during the project. The project came in on budget and within our projected timeline. they reacted to a bad closet choice by the customer that was reworked without delay. I have had Brian do remodeling in almost every home I’ve owned. He has done two kitchens, put in hardwood floors, new front porch, deck, screened in porch and a bathroom. I have been very happy with the excellent work brian smith provided on our home, from start to finish. The job ran smoothly, all areas were kept clean and neat at the end of the day. Both Brian and his crew were enjoyable and pleasant to have on our property, his knowledge about any project we have hired him to do has always been perfect. He shows up, no surprises or delays unless materials are back ordered, he comes back if anything has happened, to make it right. Brian has done a few projects for us now from installing wood ceilings (we have a Craftsman-style post and beam home), to replacing a 2nd-story 3-season room, enclosing our hot tub, and reconstructing a 3rd floor balcony. He and his colleague Victor do excellent work, and are quick and efficient. We have done repeat business with Brian and recommended him to others. High quality work.

Our builder was reasonable and responsive, and though we had some minor disagreements, we always had respectful conversations and emails between us. I like to think that helped in this situation, and we would like to thank him again for his professional demeanor and responsive conduct.
